Hey everyone, I’m 23 years old(male), I’m 5,10 and 255 pounds, after years of insecurity about my weight I’m now determined more than ever to start losing weight and actually start to be more confident in myself, but I just have no clue where to start. I just signed up at a gym and my main goal for right now is to focus on losing belly fat cause that’s where I carry most of my weight. I have no clue what workouts to do, or what one is best to help loose the belly fat. And secondly I have 0 clue about diet. Diet is one of the main things that has held me back because I have no idea what I’m doing. Any advice would be very appreciated, Thanks!
