Having a hard week.

So I (5’10 - 220lbs) started my weight loss journey on the 22nd Jan so nearly a month ago. My sim is to lose 45lbs by June as I’m getting married in August. So far I’ve lost 17lbs but this week my weight loss has just stopped and plateaued. I’m currently calorie counting using the Loseit! App along with the peloton my fiancée got recently and it’s been really great honestly.

My issue is this week everything has been so much harder. I’ve wanted food more, I’ve reached for snacks more and while only going over budget twice, today I’ve gone over by 700 calories and feel horrible about myself.

I’m kind of here to just vent a little and get some of the negative energy out but also see if there’s any tips people have because I don’t want to go back to eating 4000 calories a day and blaming everyone else for the reason I’m overweight when it’s my own issue.
