I started my weight loss journey at the end of January and so far I think I’ve been doing well. So far I know that I at least lost 10 pounds witch makes me very happy.
As I don’t have a scale in my dorm room the only way I know for sure is weighing myself at my dad’s house (who is also trying to loose weight).
Well last week I felt like I was slacking on my eating habits a bit too much and felt a little discouraged especially when I took my 1 month progress photos and I felt like nothing had changed.
then I remembered that I was using some of my shirts I was planning on trying to slim down into to measure my progress were getting easier to put on opposed to a month ago. This makes me very happy because it tells me I’m still loosing weight even though it doesn’t feel like it.
