I recently came down with an awful case of the flu, which led me to the doctor for the first time in about a year. I stepped on the scale and was shocked to see how much weight I had gained—I knew I gained weight but had no idea it was this much. I’m frustrated. I ran a half marathon and was in great shape about 4 years ago but then life happened. Right now I have a wonderful job but it’s very demanding and I’m struggling to find time. But I need to find myself again and work on my fitness goals... not just because I feel gross on the outside but for my health. I’m 31 and should be taking better care of myself. Those with demanding jobs, what are your tips? How did you lose weight?
