(W1) WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE STARTS TODAY! WEIGH IN TIME.

Hi everyone!! I am so surprised by the amount of support my last post got but so excited that I have so many people on board with me! Today is the 11th March.... day 1!! We can all do this!

Just to clarify as I have been asked: - every Wednesday I will post on this r/loseit subreddit with the amount of weeks followed by ‘weight loss challenge’ it should look as such: (W1) WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE or (W2 WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE) Etc, you get the idea :)

Your goals are all so Inspiring! I know we can all do this. Each week format your reply as such:

CW: (insert current weight here) SW: (insert starting weight here) TOTAL LOST: (insert total lost here)

June 1st is going to be an amazing day guys! I wish you the best of luck, and with that said, here’s my first weigh in on my goal to loose 40lbs!
