How much of my initial weight loss is water weight?

Hello, I’ve recently been trying a new lifestyle that has me eating in a very large caloric deficit. According to myfitnesspal, meeting 1800 calories a day will cause me to (theoretically) lose 2 pounds a week. I’ve been meeting this goal, but have also been doing lots of exercise which brings me down even more (usually another 800 calories a day). I’ve been losing weight ridiculously fast, in the 8 or so days I’ve done this I’ve went from 261 to 255, and I’ve been keeping hydrated as much as I can the entire time. My question is how much of this is “water weight” and when can I expect my progress to slow down a bit? At what point should I be burning more body fat? Unless there’s some mistake I’ve made about how fat is burned, in which case tell me. Thank you.
