is it okay if i do only one type of workout?

Hi! As per the title, since i started my weight loss journey, the only exercise i have been doing is walking on the treadmill for about an hour a day. i’ve tried other workouts, but treamilling is the only one that i actually have some fun with, especially since i can watch TV or youtube while I’m doing it. I started in the beginning of February and have lost 30 pounds as of July, so it seems to be working so far. the thing is, i just don’t feel or look any different in my opinion. i’ve lost 30 pounds but when i look in the mirror, i can’t notice anything. it seems like my legs got smaller, but they were kinda small to begin with. i feel like i have more belly and back fat than the average person, and it looks like i haven’t lost any of that yet. My back fat bothers me the most, i have 4-6 huge folds of it, and i haven’t gone swimming in four years because all the bathing suits i’ve seen have open backs, and i don’t have enough confidence to go out like that.

so, is treamilling only targeting my legs? or if i keep going with it, will i begin to lose from my stomach and back also? thank you for any advice or help! :)

Edit: I also have huge flabby arms that i hate! should i start lifting now to try and tone them?
