Hi! I am a 25 year old female who is looking for a weight loss buddy! I want someone where we can motivate each other to do workouts, eat healthy and help each other if we wanna binge or support for when we have an “off day”. I am not into crash dieting, I want to eat a healthy diet and incorporate more exercises into the regime.
I have about 60 lbs to lose, so ideally would like someone who also has a significant amount of weight to lose as well.
