F27 5’8 CW 201.6 SW 220 GW 150 I’ve been losing weight since the end of May and I’ve been losing it at a pretty steady rate so far and a little faster than I had initially planned (I intended to lose 1.5lbs a week but my current rate is 2.3- I got my calorie goal from MFP). I keep worrying about damaging my metabolism (something I keep hearing about when I look for diet advice) but because my diet has been working well so far so I’m reluctant to change it. I’m eating just under 1500 Kcal a day but sometimes I eat a little more on day I’m exercising which is 3-4 times a week doing an elongated version of the C25K programme because I’m asthmatic with some light strength training.
It’s only been a few months but I’m not sure if I should be changing things up to help with long term weight loss as it will probably take me another 8 months at least to get to my goal or should I just stick with what I’m doing because it’s working and change things when everything slows down
