PCOS weight loss tips

Hello all! I have a 27 year old female with starting weight of 220 and a current weight of 217. My goal weight is 140. I am writing this because I am struggling. I have PCOS and my doctor wants be to lose some weight before my appointment with her in April. I’m nervous because I’ve been cutting out junk food and fast food and been cooking healthy and counting my calories but the scale doesn’t seem to budge. Plus my weight fluctuates like crazy. I don’t know how to get my metabolism back on track and how to handle PCOS While trying to lose weight. I’m currently trying to cut out carbs but it’s been difficult as I have a sweet tooth and I’m Hispanic, so beans, tortillas, and rice are a constant staple in our diet. Do any women have any tips as to how they got over this hump? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
