Food and calorie hacks!

You can combine club soda (zero-calorie carbonated water) with Mio flavoring (zero-calorie water flavoring) together to make your own guilt-free soda! My favorite is vanilla tangerine for oranges and cream soda!

Gogurts, believe it or not are a total weight loss hack at just 50 cal per tube, they are perfectly portioned for calorie counting and eating slowly bit by bit rather than overeating. You can literally eat 10 of these in a single day and only have consumed 500 calories. They're absolutely perfect for when you feel a bit hungry and need a snack but only something that just about fills you up without adding too much to your overall caloric intake. They make a perfect dessert after a good meal, especially if frozen.

You can literally walk off those excess calories! Walking continuously for a full hour will burn up to 350 calories, making it a very legitimate solution to those who hate exercise. I strongly hate exercise and find this is a perfect way to still burn calories. I walk around my living room for up to two hours every day, while catching up on my favorite shows on the tv. I set a timer and just go for a stroll. If you spend long hours listening to music, you can easily just add walking to this activity and watch the calories burn away. For example two hours of walking burns 10 gogurts!

Cook it yourself-- if you follow low-cal recipes you'll be shocked how many things you love in reasonable servings, can be under 100 calories! EVEN CHEESECAKE can be baked the proper and healthy way and result in just 100 calories per slice. That means if you cook your own food and follow the right recipes you can eat a reasonable, filling 3 meals a day at absurdly low-calorie intakes, think- less than a thousand calories total. Almost anything you buy at the store has used some of the most fattening ingrediants imaginable and I garantee you can make it low cal at home.

My roommate and I have started dieting together and trying these recipes is WORKING. He has lost 26 pounds and I have lost 13! (he is twice my size so his body is eager to drop those extra pounds and he looks AMAZING). Walking daily combined with eating homemade low cal alternatives to the food we love and counting our calories is working. Hope this helps!
