hi all!
i am new to fitness and health in general. i started eating better and exercising about a month ago, i’ve gotten a feel of the gym and different exercises/lifts. i also play a casual game of pick up soccer at the park once a week. having said all that — i’ve created a potential plan for myself.
my goal is mostly weight loss and general fitness, but putting on some muscle is also nice. what do y’all think of this? does it seem reasonable?
S - 30 minute walk
M - legs & abs
T - upper body combos
W - soccer & abs
Th - push
F - pull
