For months now I’ve pretty much eaten no more than 1,000 calories 5 days a week (workdays), but on my two days off every week I’ll eat like 2,000 to 3,000.
This has made my weight loss incredibly slow. I lost 70lbs in 3 months and then lost 10lbs in almost 2 months after that.
Male, 26, 6ft 1in, 468 to 385lbs, goal weight of 225lbs, ever since I hit 399 it has been super slow, and it’s all my fault.
What are some things you do to not eat like a madman on your days off? Dieting is SO easy on my workdays, but on my days off I can’t help myself.
