Hi everyone!
For some background information, I’m F(20), 5’6 and 165 pounds. I really want to get down to 150 pounds right now as my starting goal, so I’m just looking for some tips on weight loss, eating habits and exercise. For the time being I was planning on going to the gym 3 days a week, 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes weightlifting. I don’t really count my calories, but any tips or recommendations would be really appreciated! I’m focused on making this a lifestyle change and not just a temporary change.
