Hi everyone! I need advice on how getting past the Plateau.
To begin I'm on contrave for weight loss and so far it's been very helpful and great. I started my weight loss journey around the end of July (sw:223) and now my current weight is 198 . It seems like for the past few weeks I haven't been able to see much difference in my weight and I'm looking for advice on exercises I can try or things I can do to see that number go lower as well as tone and gain muscle.
For reference, my goal weight is around 165 and my height is 5"3.
