Actually a stone and a pound but who cares?
So chuffed as this is the furthest I’ve ever gotten with weight loss and I think this will be the run that sticks. Super grateful for this sub, and everyone that motivated me. I found what helped me to stick to this one was to find snacks that you actually like (don’t pretend and say you like something just because it’s what other users say they like). For me, hot Cheetos (named hot cheeto twirls) in the uk come in a 72g bag and are around 370 calories for the bag. Decent amount of Cheetos and the heat and crunch of the cheers really hit the spot when I eat them. Also in the uk we have these things called hippeas. They’re organic puffed chickpea crisps similar in shape to cheese puffs but I guess are more rustic. The flavours are decent and the taste is really similar so it was easy to make the swap. Also doing meal prep is super good for dieting. I find that if even one meal of the day is (meat, greens, rice) it fills me up and satisfy a me well through the day. Sadly though as a 6’3 22 st guy, it will take a long time to see much progress on my body. If you would like to, follow my account and you can see the daily posts I make that both keep me accountable and demonstrate that ups and downs and minor fluctuations occur all the time.
Time to change the flair!!!
