Hi guys! I’m in need of a bit of advice(:
I started attending title boxing this past Jan, ~5 times a week. I’ve attended around 60 classes so far and I’ve lost roughly 6-8 lbs. I know the key to weight loss is CICO. But I was wondering if there’s anything else I should incorporate? Foods to focus on? Workouts at home? And any other suggestions.
I’m thinking I should eat around 1800? I used to do 1200 but that was before boxing. I calculated my TDEE and it was 2063 cal, or should I go down to 1500? Also, when should I start counting muscles gaining as part of my weight? I feel like it might be too early right now, I feel some difference in my arms and legs but can still feel the fat sitting under my skin.
To give you a visual of my body composition: I (f24) am 5’6 and 210-208lb, most of my fat is around my stomach (I know target weight loss is not a thing). goal weight 150lbs, hopefully will reach it by the end of the year! Thank you!!
