Lost 45lbs but now I'm at a plateau and I don't know what to do next.

Like I said I lost 45lbs over the course of 7 months. Woo! Maintained my weight for another 5-6. Tried starting to lose weight again in January but I've lost maybe 3lbs in the first month and can't lose anymore. What I is use to do is go into a calorie deficit where I would only eat like 1200 calories or less. But I've been learning that, that just is not sustainable and i am not getting the nutrition i need even though I eat pretty well. Like my hair is getting thinner because of it. And I think my body is readjusting and 1200 calories a day will no longer work for me. I am 5'5 and weigh 172, female. A healthy weight for my age is 130-140. So that would be my end goal as far as weight loss. I workout between 4-6 days a week. I guess i'm just looking for opinions of what to do next? I know there is counting macros, this zig zag calorie diet, keto. I already use my fitness pal to track my calories. I honestly kind of just don't trust when i recalculate my calories because I'm not sure if I am doing it right.

Anyone that wants to give an opinion or help, thank you, i appreciate it.
