Habitbull app: amazing resource to keep on track

I'm not sure how widely used these habit apps are. But I just started my fitness/weight loss journey and trying to be consistent with three things. 1) eat under 1400cal 2) work out: skipping/YouTube videos once a day 3) go for an hours walk

In my head I feel like I've been consistent. But it's really easy for 3 days of consistency to feel like 2 weeks.

I starting using habitbull - which I thought was worth sharing. It's a really user friendly, and has a calender where you can enter colour coded goals. So you just tap the date on each goal and you can set it to a simple yes or no which is red or green and can set it to week or month view.

I found 3 really important benefits: - It's so much easier how consistent I've been - so if I'm not seeing results I can be accountable and realistic. -Its also a great positive reinforcer that I look forward to turning that date green.
- I'm using myfitnesspal, fitbit and other resources so it's so much easier to have a central system for it all.

I hope this helps some of you guys :)
