I am turning 33 in a few weeks and just got engaged. My life is going very well but I am extremely unhappy with my appearance and my health. I used to be in great shape and was an athlete all through college but I have not exercised much at all in the last 10 years. Its my own fault and I don't want to be full of excuses, I just want to fix the problem.
My goal is to lose about 75 pounds before our wedding date which will probably be over a year away. My biggest issue is getting motivated. I am a very impatient person and need to see results quick but i also worry that pushing myself too hard will make me not want to keep up with it. Can anyone help me figure out a gameplan to start my weight loss program?
I would really appreciate some valuable input here as I am clueless about the best methods to move forward. If given direction I am confident I can get with the program.
