Weight Loss Diaries

So a little introduction about me, I'm 17 and will turn 18 by December. My goal was to be a little healthier and fit into some of my tight dresses I've been meaning to wear before I turn 18. I really hate the way I look, how fat I am, and generally I just hate myself. But, I don't want to give up on me, I know I can do it. Actually, I started this journey back in 2018 but that didn't work at all. Here are my measurements: height = 153 cm, weight = 63-70 kg (I estimated, I don't have a scale). My biggest insecurity is my thighs and calves because they are so massive and fat, I don't know how to explain them but yeah I hate those the most. I also hate my tricep fat and tummy. I'm obese for my height and age so I really want to be healthy. I also want to look good after quarantine so I'm starting this journey (again). I'm tired of saying things I don't accomplish so I hope you guys can motivate me to push through this journey. I'll try to update this everyday but I'm also busy with school and stuff so I might miss a couple of days. Anyways, I'll sleep for now and start tomorrow. See you! 💖
