60 Years Old, 245lbs and a Senior Female Trying To Lose It

Once again I wanna hear what you guys at r/Fitness think we should do. Im here asking this question on the behalf of my grandmother. (She liked how much support I ended up getting, "I'm a 60 year old woman, 5'8" and weighing 245lbs. What is the best way to lose weight. Also will my stomach ever get flat without surgery?" From what I know, here's some things that could help. 1. She's been on multiple weight loss pills, powders and remedys. 2. She's been on diets, plans and schedules with little to no results. 3. She's also tried workout dvds and yoga ones. What do you guys think she should do.
