Hello there! I’m a 5’8” female and as of this morning my scale said I was 209.9 lbs.
I used to weight 220 lbs this year and I’m happy for the weight loss but now slightly anxious. I went from overeating and stress eating to eating healthy and normal amounts, and now I’m anxious to eat. I stopped drinking milk and start everyday with a protein shake which has helped, but I don’t feel hungry throughout the day.
I had about 1000 calories today and last week I was eating 500-800. I weighed 205.9 last week but I gained it back in a few days after I ate more/drank gatorade before my fencing tournament. Now I’m worried about how I’m eating, if I need to keep the calories lower or higher and how it affects my metabolism/health.
If you have any advice I’d really appreciate it!! Thank you guys ❤️
Tldr: i lost weight I quickly after eating 500-1000 calories but gained it back after eating more on the weekend. Eat less? More?
