I started plant based diet for 2 months and it has gone well on Mondays - Thursdays only coz on Fridays - Sundays,I eat whatever. That’s because my mom’s cook nice meals on Fridays (kinda like a tradition) and weekends we eat out.
I go to gym 3 times a week. Nothing heavy just cardio and workouts with dumbbells. Trying to built consistency.
My weight loss has been on a halt cos of this. It was going smoothly in the beginning since I changed my diet but then it started to pile on the old weight.
First I was 103kg then I hit 99kg after 3 weeks then now I’m back 103kg. I’m going nowhere.
Anyone ever been in this situation and managed to overcome this?
