Many starts and stops through the years. Starting again.

I’ve been a lurker here for a long while, and in general don’t post to any subreddit. I feel like if I do my usual thing and just lurk on other people’s progress and struggles I won’t actually be challenging myself to change. I’ll be starting another round of weight loss with no real accountability so when I fail, I don’t have to answer to anyone but myself. (And lets be real, I’ve let myself down enough to not be that upset by it anymore.)

So. I want to actually change.

F/5’3”/32 Starting Weight: 180ish pounds. Last time I weighed myself it was around 176 and I’m pretty sure I’ve gone up since then.

This week I’m counting calories. Next week I’ll add a deficit. The week after that I’ll start walking/running/weight lifting again.
