Losing Motivation

So I’m 2 weeks in, and I haven’t lost a single pound - through nobody’s fault but my own. This weekend I binged (ordered dominos during DnD with friends, family meal out for boyfriend’s niece’s birthday) and I feel incredibly guilty about it, because I feel like all my efforts went to waste within the space of two days, although I still ate at maintenance.

Unsurprisingly, I’m losing motivation. Though I physically feel a lot better since starting to pursue a healthy lifestyle, and I feel like I’m noticing my stomach appear less bloated, my jawline finally emerge from its year of absence, part of me still wants to fuck it all off because “what’s the point in trying when you aren’t making a numerical difference anyway!”

So, really, my question is, at times like these how do you keep up the motivation and keep on trucking with your weight loss journey?
