15 days ago I wrote that I was below 100 kg for good, and now I think that I will not get above 95 kg anymore.
Weight loss has gone pretty rapidly after my relationship ended. I just had no hunger and plenty of motivation to be active every day.
Fortunately, my appetite is returning, because I don't want to lose weight too rapidly.
However, I do like that I have lost my first 10 kgs in a short time, and because of the result I don't look and feel fat anymore. As long as this is temporary I don't think it hurts me, but I don't want to lose like this any longer.
But I will keep losing weight, in a healthy way, by creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Hoping to reach 80 kgs before spring, but weight is just one number, becoming more strong and healthy over time so that I can be more free to do the activities I like and look good is the real goal.
