Is it safe to drink it like after a night of pigging out and drinking alcohol? Or every other day of some sort since I have a slight constipation as well
Because I do if like I need to debloat myself or keep the water weight after a night of drinking and eating out with friends. But I don’t drink laxative tea if I’m just staying home and focused on maintaining my weight.
I’ve changed my plans now since I’m done losing weight but I must admit that maintaining is way harder than losing. Though I’m less stricter on my meals now, and going out again... less exercise compared before but still watching my calorie intake.
I’ve tried some ways to make my digestion better but normally I poop every 3 days... so before reaching the 3rd day of not pooping, I drink laxative the night before. (Suggestions and recommendations are highly appreciated on this one)
Don’t worry, I don’t believe the magic of weight loss in this kind of stuff since that’s how people are promoting it to brainwash others who want to lose weight. I just really drink it because of the reasons said earlier
