I'm a woman in my late thirties. A combination of factors that I won't get into here have caused me to gain almost a hundred pounds in a few years.
The problem is that I can't lose it because I have such a weak core and bad back. I am in constant pain all the time. The more pain I'm in, the more I avoid doing, and the worse it gets. They were never great to begin with, but I had a really rough pregnancy, and then the weight gain... anyway. I realize that if I'm going to ever get anywhere with the weight loss, I'll have to get my core stronger first.
Can anyone reccomend some exercises or advice to ease me into things? I'm going to need to start small and work my way up to something more intensive.
