Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I am 19 years old girl whose weight is 73 kg and height is 155 cm. After my test for university, I have a very unhealthy lifestyle : i eat a lot of junk food and coca cola along with sweets, not exercising at all. Now I am really want to commit myself to loose weight for both my appearance and health. I have searched google and overwhelmed with a lot of infomation. I am thinking of walking for 1 hours every day in the morning but I don't know what diet will suit me. Can someone give me some healthy diet that can help me loose weight but not bad for health ?
