Hi everyone,
A year ago I started my weight loss journey. I went from 107 kilos to 97 ( Europe, not sure how many lbs or stone that is ). It could have been more but I dont exersize much. Partly I blame my cat who has separation anxiety but also I just don't go out that much.
Now the fact is,I live across from a 24/7 gym. If I wake up at night and look outside I can see people working out. When I'm watching TV or cooking, I can see people working out.
Now I have a bike and 2 legs so I could go cycling or running or walking but I just don't. Back in the day I used to go to the gym and I loved it but something in me is asking me how is the gym different from being outside. Save yourself the cash and go out.
I dont do much strength exersize, mostly cardio because I love it. I was addicted to just one hour a day going all out in the gym when I was younger.
How do you guys think about outside exersize vs gym exersize. Did anyone had the same experience? What should I do ?
