Hey everyone for the past year and a half I been on a weight loss journey. I’m coming to the end of it at my heaviest I was 278 right now I’m sitting around 184 at 5’7 I want to get to 155. I’ve been in a caloric deficit for the past year until recently for the past 5 months where I’ve been focusing on my protein intake and eating at around maintenance. I can’t tell if I’m going to have a lot of loose skin it scares me a lot. Whenever I lean over I notice that my skin is super saggy but I don’t know if it’s just a mixture of me still holding fat and having loose skin or just loose skin.
