What I want more than anything is to be able to eat like 2,500kcal to maintain my weight. I am currently on a weight loss journey but it's more like a fat loss journey because I'm trying to alter my body composition i.e. replace my fat with muscle. This part is so hard because I am limiting to 1,400kcal a day and working out to lose the fat, and I know its working but I am just such a foodie and its so hard. I don't even crave unhealthy stuff (well, not all the time), I just want to be muscular enough that I can eat what I generally want to in a day without the guilt and knowledge that it is almost always over my calorie limit. My BMR is currently around 1,600kcal (24F), and a BMR of 200kcal+ through muscle gain would be so amazing. Anyone else here aiming to be able to eat more and be happy?
