At the end of the month, there is a wrap up post to reflect on the progress you made or didn’t make & what you learned. Learning is progress my friends!

Leading by example, here I go!

Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes):
Nanowrimo 1666 words a day: X/50000 words.
Try a new recipe once a week: X/X weeks.
