Hello! I’m 17 and in January I started my weight loss journey. The reason I wanted to “lose it” was because I had broken a chair,and at 235 lbs I was officially heavier than my father. So I started looking into ways to lose weight and I discovered the Ketogenic Diet. This did the trick up to now getting me down to 185lbs (My goal weight is 175lbs-165lbs). I’ve plateaud in the sense that dieting isn’t going to cut it for me anymore, especially with school being back in session. I want to start going into the gym, but there is a problem... I’ve never been to a gym in my life I actually cannot do more than 3 push ups. My friend has offered to take me to the gym, but I don’t want to show up and waste my time while i’m there. So how can I get “gym ready” at home?
