I posted here a couple days ago, but now I have an update.
I’ve decided to up my calories to 1000 a day in hopes of breaking the plateau. I seriously don’t know what to do tho. I never have had this happen to me before. Every time I’ve lost weight in the past, it went down so fast. But now I can barely loose a single pound in three days. I ate 800ish yesterday and 900ish today and now I think I’m gaining weight. All I’ve eaten were granola bars, lots of fruit, bananas, and some low fat ice cream. Don’t tell me the ice cream is causing the half because I ate this same ice cream before when I was loosing eight and I still lost it. I’ve barely dropped a pound in the past few days and I’m thinking of going to the doctor.
My stomach is sticking out. Ow with all the water I’ve drank today and I’m so fricken confused. Please help!
