Hey y'all. A little about me. I'm 27, 5'10" and 455.4lbs. I'd like to hit a goal weight if about 250lbs and go from there. I currently work as a Customer Service Representative for an IT company, so I'm sitting for 8-9 hours a day. I don't do much exercise, and I have found out that if I go walking for a period of time, my lower back starts killing me. I know that this is due to me being so overweight, but I'm looking to start my weight loss journey. I have a question though. Where can you go to find a list of typical foods that one would eat with their macros listed?
For example: 4oz of chicken is 25 grams of protein 4oz of beef is 20 grams of protein.
I know those numbers are off, but do you know where I could find something with more accurate numbers and a lot more options?
What has helped you start your journey? Any tips/advice for someone starting out?
Any help is appreciated as I start this wonderful journey. 👍
