I've got 100 lbs to lose and I was hoping to ask a few questions of people who have successfully lost a large amount of weight:
- What has your progress been like? Did it start slow and get faster, or start fast and then slow down?
- Is there anything you wish you'd known from the very beginning?
- What things (concepts, behaviors, tools, etc.) have become indispensable to your weight loss?
- What do you do when you're frustrated or unmotivated? Do you ever feel like nothing is working?
- How long did it take you? Is there a way you could've gotten to your goal faster? Were there times you realized you were standing in your own way?
