111 Pounds lost in 4 months, WOOOOO.
My starting weight before moving home from University was 24 stone, which is 336 pounds and since moving back I began counting my calories and maintained a daily deficit of around 1.2 to 1.3k with regular workouts every other day of the week.
Even tough I have slipped up a few times and overate it has been surprisingly simple to actually get into shape, I am still a stone away from my goal of 15 stone which is still 2 stone over the recommended healthy weight but from there I am going to be focusing more on muscle growth.
People say you should cut out things like soda and energy drinks but by simply using the "zero" sugar versions of them I have noticed no impact on my weight loss, although this is most likely due to me drinking huge amounts of water on my workout days. I have also been using simple fiber bars as snacks which have been a huge help, just switching out simple things for a healthier alternative has been a huge boost to my health and I can't argue that enough.
Honestly ashamed I never started dieting or working out at Uni but its still better late then never. At the rate I am going I should hopefully be 13 stone before Christmas and finally be able to eat comfortably and a maintenance level.
