How to balance losing weight and drinking alcohol?

Okay, please hear me out. No judgement and no rude comments please.

I have an odd job where I offer companionship to men. It pays very, very well. I chat, dance, eat, and drink with them. I usually do this 3 times a week. It’s almost like I go clubbing with them, but I get paid instead. And no, I am not a stripper.

My job requires me to drink ~heavily.~ I’ve tried to fake drink around these men but honestly, I can’t stand most of them if I’m not drunk.

I’m honestly trying really hard to lose weight. I’m not happy anymore when I look in the mirror or put on clothes. I feel like I’ve lost all my confidence. I want to lose weight so bad, but it’s so hard when alcohol is at the forefront of my life.

I’m looking to get out of this job soon and move into my real career, but so far I haven’t had any luck. I plan on working this job for another year at the MOST. In the meantime, what can I do to balance my heavy drinking and weight loss? ANY tips or tricks would be so helpful. Whether it’s recommending a ton of cardio, less calories, heavier workouts, low calorie drinks— whatever you can recommend will be greatly appreciated.

And like I said, please no judging or rude comments. I already feel shitty about my current situation as it is.
