About three months ago I started trying to lose weight. I have been housebound for the last couple of years so I didn't have a lot of muscle, so I started eating less - around 1000-1400 max a day. I kept going for two months but didn't see ANY weight loss. Then I got a job which required me to walk about an hour a day and started eating more to compensate - but in a whole month I still haven't lost ANYTHING.
I started at 64.4kg (I'm 5'5" for reference) and I'm still on it. What am I doing wrong? If someone could tell me a schedule or something I can stick to and how much I'm meant to eat a day that would really help - I just feel like such a failure right now :(
