Just finished my first week of trying to live healthier...

I’m very excited to see where I can get with this! My goal is to lose about 50 lbs and then assess from there.

Next week I’ll be paying for my gym membership and I’m hoping by this time next year to be past that 50lbs mark!

For me, I’m losing weight because I know I shouldn’t be this way. It was pure laziness upon starting my first year of university - I would eat from convenience as I had a tough course load (I’d order McDonald’s like 3X a week because I was stressed and ‘deserved’ it) and I don’t think I ate a single vegetable!

A year and a half ago I weighed 130lbs (skinny for my height) and I completely ballooned up and it’s just bumming me out knowing I need to fix it so now I’m doing just that!

Anyone else starting their weight loss journey this past week?

I already feel better in myself for taking this first step even if there’s not been any weight changes yet!
