Losing weight incredibly fast

My basic stats

Gender: Male

Height: 6'4

Starting Weight: 450lbs

Current Weight: 426lbs

Age: 34

Medical Conditions: None luckily, just fat

Started doing "lazy" Keto on 9/3/18, as of 9/21/18 I've lost 24 pounds. I think it was mostly water/waste weight based on everything I've read. I'm not counting calories, I just make sure I don't eat more then 20g carbs/sugar/etc in total. So basically something between keto and carnivore, I eat when I'm hungry which isn't often and pretty much go about my normal days. As a big guy I've always been naturally strong, I'm just wondering if others have done similar dieting and if their muscle stayed relatively similar (10-15%>) after weight loss. I don't work out at all currently and my current profession has me behind a computer screen so no help there. Never been a small guy before, kind of nervous.
