Hey, so unfortunately I’ve been out of the game for a while and now weigh almost 200 lbs (198 to be precise) at 5’10-5’11(not quite sure which height). My plan to get to 162 pounds is as follows:
-1600-1800 calories a day, maybe eventually go down to 1500
-Cardio every day, run at least 1 mile and try to do 2
Do you think this is a good solid plan and I can get 162 lbs within 6 months? I’m kind of scared because I’ve been seeing posts of people losing 30 pounds after like 4 years of dieting lol. Also slightly off topic question:
Does it matter what foods I’m eating as long as it’s under 1800 cals a day?
