Hello. I’m currently on my weight loss journey, and I was trying to find ways to help my progress. I’m a 20 year old, 6’1 guy that’s gone from 296 to 266 pounds in the last couple months.
I’ve posted here before, and I’ve seen how many of you drink protein shakes daily. I just had a few questions about them:

Should I start drinking protein shakes? I’ve been losing weight, but I’ve also been trying to get more proteins to help combat muscle loss and loose skin. Would a protein shake help me?

What protein shakes would you recommend? I would prefer something relatively low calorie with a good amount of protein, but I’m not sure which ones would be most useful for me.
