I have been terrible about sticking to diets all my life. It seems I have tried every method that’s out there. I posted on this sub to keep a two week goal, one in which I have never accomplished before. After two weeks I lost fifteen pounds. I realize it was a lot of water weight but it’s a good start. A couple takeaways I had was tracking EVERYTHING you eat really helps your self control. Doing workouts for me in large are not a good idea because I just want to reward myself after I finish. What changed for me to be able to do this was my motivation. When I made my post you guys were so kind and inspiring that I really didn’t want to disappoint you guys. I plan to now set a goal for myself that is a little less strict that before but I will be going for a month. I would like to hear your stories on motivation. What lead you to finally accomplish your goals? What inspired to change your life? How has this motivation impacted your daily life. Love you guys. Just remember if I can do it so can you. Keep up the good work and stay strong! You can do this!
