Advice on how to treat this next month of weight loss

I (22 M) know this is going to be a little long so I'll apologize for the length right off the bat. I've always had a really difficult relationship with my weight. In highschool I lost over 100 lbs and got to 180 lbs(6'4). As I entered college I stayed active and gained some muscle but was overall healthy. When COVID happened and a string of other life events happened I gained a lot of weight. I was still going to the gym off and on so I was still leaner than when I was in highschool but was still uncomfortable in my body. I got to about 260 lbs over the period of two years. I finally decided to recommit to losing weight in December of 2022 and have lost about 35 lbs since. My fitness has improved a great deal and I'm quite proud. This month I've taken a position at a theater camp to teach kids music. I also have a part time position at my university that I am working. I'll be working 60 hours a week until the end of this month. Basically I'm looking for advice on what I should do fitness wise during this period. I've been waking up super early and doing some cardio(either running or incline walking) but I feel exhausted all the time. Should I try to continue working out during this stretch or should I just get through the month maintaining a calorie deficit while not working out?
