Hi everyone! I’ve heard about this sub many times and thought you guys would appreciate this sort of thing. I was sitting on my couch earlier and realized I desperately needed to change my life. I have had depression for a good while now for many reasons, and my whole life I’ve gone back and forth on the line between chubby and fat. My weight and appearance has always been a sore point for me but up until now I’ve never done anything about it. I wanna do something about it, and tomorrow I’m going to my campus athletic center to do start doing something about it. I’ve discouraged myself in the past before, so I wrote out a letter to myself to read whenever I get dejected or lazy. I’m excited! Failure is always a choice, but never an option.
TL;DR: Had an epiphany, realized I need to be the change I want. Starting weight loss exercise tomorrow.
Wish me luck guys! Anything I should know going in / any advice?
