Hey guys. With the new year around the corner, I just want some insight. What all have you guys tried and had success with this year? And what was the most challenging thing about your weight loss journey this year?
I did keto earlier this year and I lost 40lbs, but it caused my thyroid to act up which then caused a whirlwind of problems. I’ve decided that lower carbs may be the answer, but keto probably isn’t really fit for me. But of course, I was dumb these last two months post-keto and felt down about everything so I overate and gained 10 lbs back. So if anyone has any tips/stories, I’d love to hear, er uh, read them.
