unusually low heart rate after weight loss?

Hey, so i use my fitbit all the time, and i love it. Something that i put no thought into but liked to randomly mention to people is that my resting heart rate is super low now, usually between 46 and 50. Someone recently told me no, thats not possible, only athletes have RHRs that low, so i looked it up, and boy was i terrified. Now I don't personally think I'm an athlete, I walk around 10 miles a day and do 30 minutes of intense cardio a day and lift for about 30-45 minutes a day. Would that explain why my RHR went from mid 80s to high 40s, or should I really be worried? my BP is usually 120/60 and my bloodsugar is usually around 80/90 non fasting
